Pricing

www.CADstore.net sells on the international market. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD or A$). Approximate conversions are accessible in links marked "other currencies" adjacent to pricing on the store.

GST is payable on all transactions with Australian customers and is additional to prices shown. GST is not added to transactions where the customer is located outside Australia.

All additional charges that apply to any particular order are shown on an order confirmation page prior to processing any payment transaction.

Payments

Online payment can be made via credit card or PayPal. Direct credit card payments can be made with VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard (Australian customers). Payments through PayPal do not require an account if paying with a credit card and permit a range of additional secure payment and currency options via the PayPal interface.

Offline payments can be made by cheque, direct deposit, wire transfer in US or Australian dollars. Additional fees apply for some offline payments and some time delay will be incurred while transactions clear. Payment options are presented at checkout and payment instructions are emailed to customers when the ordering processing is complete.

Tax invoices are generated for all sales and are available online. Visit your secure customer account page, view and order and click on the "Generate Invoice" button.

Fulfillment

Fulfillment of orders paid using offline payment options will be delayed until payment has cleared.

Instant payment options such as real-time credit card and Paypal can be fulfilled immediately the payment has been approved in the case of digital goods and next day in other cases. Certain products may required additional transaction validation and may not be instantly accessible. When products are available for delivery you will be advised by email. Please set your mail filter to allow mail from sales@cadstore.net. Your order status is always accessible through your customer account page online.

Support

Most products sold through www.CADstore.net are supported directly by the developer. Support contacts are provided in fulfillment emails. If you cannot get support from the developer of the product you purchased, please contact service@cadstore.net

Refunds

Refund or replacement is allowable on physical goods that will not operate on arrival.

Refunds are not made of products found to be unsuitable for purpose or because you have changed your mind. Most products can be evaluated with demonstration versions and using this and other research you should satisfy yourself that the product is fit for your purpose before you commit to purchase.

Goods sent by insured delivery and damaged in transit can be claimed directly through the delivery agency.
